Skilled Systems Engineers
Stewart Business Systems Team of Network Engineers have been thoroughly trained on  Xerox, Savin, Ricoh, Canon,  and Konica Minolta digital products and the most popular network software and operating platforms.You can be totally confident that any system recommended will work dependably within your office. Additionally, our engineers are specifically trained to diagnose your system so they can quickly isolate and correct any problems related to our equipment or your network.
 
NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC CENTER
Before installing any connected digital product, our systems support engineers will test the system you ordered within our in-house Network Diagnostic Center. Utilizing your software, we will simulate the same office environment so that when the equipment is delivered and installed, it works exactly as expected.
 
CONNECTIVITY
A SBS Systems Engineer will dedicate blocks of system support time for each connected SBS system during the installation process for color and black and white MFPs, printers, copiers,duplicators, scanners and fax machines. This service includes overseeing the installation and configuration of print servers, drivers or LPR spoolers and providing instruction to the network administrator on the use of manufacturers' print server utilities.
 
TRAINING
The following training is conducted upon installation of SBS systems: 
  • Hardware Training - SBS provides quality instruction on basic and advanced operations, troubleshooting and maintenance. 
  • Connectivity Training - SBS provides comprehensive instruction on the use of printer drivers , scanning, and for color installations, also includes RIP operations, command workstation and color management (where applicable).
HOTLINE           
IT representatives are available during normal business hours to answer your product related questions as well as remotely diagnose and resolve connectivity and operational related issues on your SBS purchased equipment. This service is what makes us unique.
